After 20 min appointments will automatically be canceled NO EXCEPTIONS, and you will have to reschedule and pay another deposit (100% Cancel Fee applies) ●NO EXCEPTIONS!!! (No deposit No appointment) must pay at time of booking. ●I do have a card reader and can swipe your card for the remaining balance. Exact CASH, ZELLE, and CASHAPP accepted. ●Please pay attention to appointment times and services booked. Make sure to add any necessary add-ons to your appointment. And please book CORRECT service. Services CANNOT be changed on the day of the appointment unless I have extra time to spare. ●Please take down old styles/braids prior to appointment, and make sure hair is detangled or a take down/detangling fee will automatically apply. ●No other persons at appointment unless being serviced and younger children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. ●If you are booking a color service, please note the color ahead of time as I may not have that particular color in stock. You are more than welcome to provide your own color. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% late cancellation fee within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. And 100% for NO-SHOWS. No refunds or transfers to the next service.
